Where Is My Order?
I have not received my item yet, what do I do?
If your item was sent via our premium or standard delivery services then please use our Contact form and we will try and shed some light on to the situation even if it's just to confirm that when we dispatched our order.
Royal Mail do not consider items to be lost until 15 working days has gone so unfortunately we will not be able to process this until 15 working days has elapsed but then we will always do our best to resolve the situation.
If your item has been sent via a Special Delivery service then you will have been provided with a tracking number. If you go to www.royalmail.com/personal under tools on the right hand side enter your tracking number and it will tell you where your package is.
If under the very rare circumstances that Royal Mail have lost a Special Delivery package they do not consider this to be lost until 10 working days has gone. Please do not contact us before then because we will not be able to process this until 10 working days.
NB If Royal Mail have attempted to deliver an item and it has not been picked up from the sorting office, the items will be returned to us. In this instance we will have to charge you additional postage if you want the items re-delivered.
We will always get a certificate of postage to prove than we have dispatched all our orders.
