Contract

Our contract with you begins when you select the "Pay Now" button in Paypal. The order will be accepted once the Paypal payment has been received. You will receive an email confirmation of your order and one for your payment from Paypal. The contract between yourself and "The Wedding Cabinet " will be created when we have dispatched the order to you and you have received an dispatch email confirmation.

Content Accuracy

Any weights and dimensions detailed on this website are approximate only.

All references to gold, silver, pearl, crystal etc refer only to the colour and not the actual material used to make the product. Where products are made from one of the above materials this will be stated clearly in the item description.

 We will always endeavour to ensure the prices  and stock levels are correct and the product descriptions are as detailed as possible on this website. If an order is taken and there is a discrepancy in the  price or details of the item(s) ordered then we reserve the right to cancel this order. 

Cancellation

You are covered by the Distance Selling Regulations so you are entitled to cancel your order within 7 working days of placing your order. You will be responsible for the safe return of the items to us, when we have received the items back we will provide you with a refund. Please see our Delivery & Returns policy for more details.

 We reserve the right to cancel your order if, 

• We do not have the stock to fulfil the order
• We are unable to deliver to your address. Royal Mail deliver to 99.8 % of UKaddresses, there are some exceptions.
• There are mistakes on the order that are beyond our control.
