When are your store opening hours?

This is the beauty of online shopping, "The Wedding Cabinet" store is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year and we will dispatch your items on the nearest working day after your order is received.

 How fast can I get my item(s)?

We dispatch every working day except bank holidays and we provide a Next Day delivery service for an additional fee.

All orders received will be dispatched the following working day.

We also offer a Saturday delivery service for an additional fee, please make sure you select the correct postal service when you make your order.

 If we do ship on a tracked service we expect someone to be available at the ship to address to take delivery of the package. We can't be held responsible for items not received the next day because no-one was at the address.

How safe is it to use your online store?

We have chosen to use Paypal exclusively because of their online safety policies. Please see www.paypal.com for a summary of these.

What are my rights when purchasing from you?

 How can I pay for my items?

Currently we only offer Paypal as a means of payment however you do not necessarily need a Paypal account to buy from us.  Paypal offer a guest service so if you don't want to join Paypal but you have a debit or credit card then you can use these to pay via Paypal withou creating an account.

 When will payment be taken from my account?

Due to the nature of Paypal payment will be taken immediately at the time of order and the current address on the Paypal account (or entered into Paypal for guest accounts) will be the address the order will be dispatched to.

 Will I receive confirmation of my order and payment?

Yes, you will receive a confirmation email when we receive your order, another email when we receive your payment and another email when we have dispatched your item(s).

What if I am not in when my order is delivered?

If no-one is at the delivery address when your order is delivered then what happens next depends on what service you selected.

Standard & Premium Delivery

If the package does not fit through your post box then it is likely that the postman will return the item to your local sorting office and they should leave a card stating where the sorting office is, what the opening times are and how long to leave it before it will be returned there for you can collect.

The sorting office will keep your package for 18 days and then if it hasn't been collected it will be returned to "The Stratford Wedding Company" return  address. In this instance we will have to charge you an additional delivery charge to re-send the package.

Special Delivery

All Special Delivery services will require a signature so if no-one is at the delivery address to sign the package will be returned to your local sorting  office. You will be provided with a track and trace number so you can find out where your package is.

The sorting office will keep your package for 18 days and then if it hasn't been collected it will be returned to "The Stratford Wedding Company" return address. In this instance we will have to charge you an additional delivery charge to re-send the package.

I want to amend or cancel my order?

We always endeavour to me as efficient as possible so once an order is received it is usually processed immediately so cancellation and amendments are rarely possible. If you send an email to us we will always see what we can do but if an order has been dispatched it will not be possible to cancel or amend.

 

I want to order an item that is out of stock

Sometimes items are so popular we may run out of stock, however just pop us an email on the Contact page and we will reply as soon as we can stating whether we can get further stock for you and when it will be available for you to order.

 

I want an item from your store in a different size or colour than you have listed, can you help?

Yes, we will always try and source products for you that are in different sizes and colours, just pop us an email on the Contact page and we will reply as soon as we can stating whether we can get this stock in for you and when it will be available for you to order.

I want to make a complaint, how do I do this?

We hope that a majority of customers are delighted with their purchases and the customer service received, however if you have experience any problems then please use the Contact form to explain and someone will contact you within 24 hours to try and resolved the issue or just listen..
