Delivery & Returns
Dispatch
We dispatch every working day Monday to Friday except for bank holidays. All orders will be dispatched on the next working day, except for personalised items (see below).
If you would like an urgent delivery we can sometimes dispatch the same day if an order is received before 1pm and you are using a Special Delivery service.
Please contact us first to make sure this is possible before making your order.
Personalised Items
Engraved, printed, embroidered and candles - dispatched between 1 - 3 days
Ceramic and printed glass - dispatched between 3 - 5 days
UK Delivery
We offer FREE premium delivery on all orders over £50.
Standard Delivery
This will cost £3.95*.
All items are dispatched the next working day via Royal Mail Second Class which has a 5 - 7 working day lead time.
Premium Delivery
This will cost £6.95*.
All items are dispatched the next working day via Royal Mail First Class which has a 2 - 3 working day lead time.
Special Delivery Next Day
This will cost £7.80*.
Items can be dispatched the same day on request (please contact us first) otherwise they will be dispatched next working day via Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day. The package will arrive before 1pm the next working day (not Saturdays) and will require a signature.
For personalised items,
For engraved, chocolate, teddies, cards, dye-sub mugs and embroidered orders, if they are received before 10am they will be dispatched the same day, orders after 10am will be dispatched the next working day.
For printed items & printed glass, ceramic and candles this service is not available.
Special Delivery Next Day (Saturday)
This will cost £13.80*.
Items can be dispatched on a Friday on request (please contact us first), if the order is received before 1pm. Otherwise orders will be dispatched next working day via Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day so the order will have to be received on a Thursday. The package will arrive before 1pm on the Saturday and will require a signature.
For personalised items,
For engraved, chocolate, teddies, cards, dye-sub mugs and embroidered orders, if they are received before 10am on the Friday they will be dispatched the same day for delivery on a Saturday. Orders on a Friday received after 10am will not be dispatched until the next working day.
Printed items & printed glass, ceramic and candles this service is not available.
Special Delivery Next Day Before 9am
This will cost £21.00*.
Items can be dispatched the same day on request (please contact us first) otherwise they will be dispatched next working day via Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day Before 9am. The package will arrive before 9am the next working day (not Saturdays) and will require a signature.
For personalised items this service is not available.
Special Delivery Next Day Before 9am (Saturday)
This will cost £25.00 (due to weight, some items may be slightly more than this, it will state this in the item description).
Items can be dispatched on a Friday on request (please contact us first), if the order is received before 1pm. Otherwise orders will be dispatched next working day via Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day so the order will have to be received on a Thursday. The package will arrive before 1pm on the Saturday and will require a signature
For personalised items this service is not available.
* due to weight, some items may be slightly more than thie quoted price, however it will always state this clearly in the item description
International Delivery
We will deliver worldwide but currently our website does not facilitate this. If you would like us to deliver internationally please use the contact us form and we will email you an International quote.
All international postage charges will be sent via a separate Paypal invoice and not done via the website, sorry for any inconvenience.
Once postage is received all international deliveries will be sent via Royal Mail Airsure so they are tracked but not guaranteed.
Returns and Exchanges
Most of our customers are delighted with their purchases, however if you're not and you wish to return or exchange an item then we are happy to do this with in 21 days of the order being placed and providing that the item is still unused and in its original packaging.

All items being returned must be packaging in the equivalent packaging that it was sent to you in.
We also recommend that when returning items you use a recorded service, we can not be held responsible for items lost in the post.
If an item is being returned because it is damaged or faulty we will refund the entire amount. If an item is being returned because it is unsuitable we will only refund the cost of the goods, not the initial postage and packaged charges.
All refunds will be provided through Paypal and will appear with in 7 working days of the item being received back in.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
NB. Unless they are damaged or faulty, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges on perishable and personalised products.

Any purchases you make from us are covered under the Distance Selling Regulations.
